    Join your friends and neighbors as the sounds of summer come alive! Everyone is encouraged to bring their own low-back chairs and blankets, some snacks and food items are sold on-site, but picnic dinners are welcomed too. 2017 Concerts in the Park Schedule: July 5 - Symphonic Winds of the Pacific (Pops & Patriotic), July 12 - SMITH the Band (Country), July 19 - Yachty by Nature (‘70s & ‘80s Rock), July 26 - The Swing Cats (Big Band & Swing), August 2 - Retro Soul (Pop & Dance Music), August 9 - My Generation (British Invasion), August 16 - DSB (The Ultimate Journey Tribute)

  2. Brea Fest

    August 18, 6:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. @ Brea Civic & Cultural Center

    This free family event draws thousands each year with great live bands, outdoor dancing, a gallery exhibit and artist demonstrations, along with theatre performances. The ever-popular “Kidsville” also returns with kid-pleasing food and entertainment, face painting and make-and-take crafts. Over 35 area restaurants will provide food and beverage samples with taste tickets being sold for only $3 each. The event inspires as it also helps to support the arts in Brea, such as Curtis Theatre productions, Brea Gallery exhibits, Concerts in the Park, and arts education programs.
