A Beginner's Guide to Fitness

Welcome to FIT U...our very own fitness academy at the BCC!  

If you are a beginner to fitness, or just need a refresher course, this program is for you! Accredited fitness instructors will build your fitness foundation from the ground up.  This exercise program is designed for beginner and intermediate fitness levels. Whether the goal is to lose weight, gain strength, or increase mobility, the end result is the same...progress!!
 First learn to control the body and the results will follow.  Come participate in this fun and safe environment!

Weekly Courses:

Monday, 6:00 pm - Barre-ology I

Tuesday, 8:00 am - FIT 101  

Wednesday, 6:00 pm - Intro to Boot Camp

Thursday, 8:00 am - FIT 102

Friday, 8:00 am - Barre-ology II

Saturday, 10:00 am - Beginner TRX

Fall Sessions:

10/2 – 10/31 Class #6188

11/1 – 11/30 Class #6189 (No class 11/23)

12/1 – 12/30 Class #6190 (No class 12/25)
