Council Approves Phase 1 Water Rules for Summer 2017

Water restrictions have eased for summer 2017. Phase 1 allows for outdoor irrigation three days each week: Monday, Thursday and Saturday. Good conservation habits are still expected throughout California. Thanks for helping protect supplies!
