  3. Physical Fitness Qualifier & Oral Interviews (conducted on the same day)
  4. Personal History Statement/Background Documents
  5. Polygraph
  6. Background Investigation
  7. Psychological Evaluation
  8. Medical Screening
  9. Interview with the Chief
  10. Upon hiring, Police Recruits will attend the Police Academy. Academy Graduates and Laterals are assigned to Field Training Officers.
