Jennifer Scrofini, a black belt in Shaolin Kung-Fu, will introduce participants to Bo staff drills & combinations utilizing the TRX Rip Trainer, focus pads and kicking bags.

Week 1: Wrapped Punching / Strength Training
Week 2: Punching / Weapons Training
Week 3: Kick Training / TRX Stabilization
Week 4: ALL in One - Graduation Day
